Serging

Today I made this on the serger. I intended the dress to be reversible-- it's two layers of thin jersey facing out. I thought I could wear it with the contrasting seams exposed, but I accidentally attached the skirt the "right" way. This is meant to be worn over pants. The skirt length in front is misleading (on purpose) because it's shorter in the back. Here the dress is worn with the rufflebeard off of my face.

This is the pile of beauty that spilled out from the bottom of the serger as I created a new textile from other fabrics.
