Ruffle beard

I made this ruffle beard to keep my face warm while biking, but I wore it last night for Halloween.

This is a detail of the sweatshirt I'm wearing in the above photo. I laid each piece individually and heat set them with an iron. I arranged them to look like knit stitches and reptile skin.
